Chef Thomas Lindner
With over 20 years of culinary experience spanning Michelin-starred kitchens in Vienna, Paris, and Copenhagen, Chef Lindner brings a philosophy of “honest cooking” to every plate. His approach: let the ingredients speak. Working closely with local farmers and foragers, he creates dishes that celebrate the season and the region.
